John 16: 33 "I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” ESV
Jesus makes it plain that in this world we are going to have trouble. There is going to be pain and sorrow. There's going to be sickness and death, There is going to be abuse and betrawel. There is going to be evil. But, hear it, But Jesus has overcome it all. Jesus has provided Heaven where none of those things will ever be again. We're still here for now but rhis is not our home anymore. Heaven is real and Jesus is alive.
